Class Descriptions
Several different classes are available depending on skill levels. We offer Beginner classes up to Advanced gymnastic classes for the more advanced athlete. We also offer classes in Tumbling only.
Parents & Tots (ages 18 months to 2 years)
This program is designed to help develop you and your child’s awareness of their body and how it can move. It is also focused on developing their self-esteem and decision-making skills. We believe that moving is a natural activity for kids. The preschool child is an individual who needs many opportunities to experience through movement. During this class, a parent stays with child through navigating equipment.
SkyTots I & II (ages 3 – 4 years)
This program is an extension of Parents & Tots where they will additionally exercise the following skills:

learn and develop problem-solving skills

attend to a task from beginning to end

further develop their listening skills and language abilities

a sense of mastery, development, and a positive increase of self-esteem
Beginners Program
This program is designed to help develop children’s awareness of their body and how it moves in a more proficient way. This program also helps to develop their grasp of basic gymnastic skills. Self-esteem and decision making skills are also important to their understanding and learning.

Developmental Program
This program is designed to help the beginner and intermediate gymnast become more efficient in learning gymnastics skills with more understanding of the skills. This class is developmental in nature and we strive to introduce students to all of the Olympic events. Further skill development, as well as, strength, agility and flexibility training are all incorporated into the class format.

This program is designed to further develop intermediate and advanced gymnastics skills, body strength and knowledge of the sport on all of the competitive apparatus and trampoline. Still developmental in nature, we strive to introduce students to all of the Olympic events in a more in-depth learning experience. Further skill development to enhance strength, agility and flexibility training are all incorporated into the class format.

This is an ideal opportunity for the local high school gymnast or cheerleader looking to prepare for high school competitions to get a more focused experience.
Cheer and Tumbling Program
This program is designed to develop tumbling skills for beginner to advanced participants. These classes are specifically for individuals/cheerleaders ONLY interested in improving their tumbling skills.
